This seminar is designed to provide women with practical self-defense skills and increased personal safety awareness. Participants will learn simple, effective techniques to recognize potential threats, set boundaries, and respond confidently to common self-defense situations. The course emphasizes prevention, situational awareness, and realistic physical responses that do not require prior experience or athletic ability. Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, attendees will build confidence, improve reaction skills, and gain tools to help protect themselves in everyday life. Course instructor is Tony Shamp- montana native, University of Montana alumni and head instructor at Missoula Judo. Tony is a 2nd Degree black belt in Judo and a 3rd Degree black belt in Japanese Jujitsu. Cost is $25/class or $75 for all three Saturday sessions- Jan. 31st, Feb. 7th and Feb.14th at 11 am- 3700 S.
